Foundations for this stone shelter were laid in November 2002 and building continued gradually over subsequent years using materials found round and about, with windows, roof, a central wooden column, external benches, sand carpeting, and a bewildering variety of internal decor added piecemeal and regularly altered and remodelled by the builders and visitors. Eventually dismantled on health and safety grounds.
